Thank you for five years of service to our faithful purple line harness. Our most used harness, and the only harness we've owned I have absolutely zero complaints about in any way.

Hopefully your successor can live up to the standard you've set!

#I remember being all giddy when i bought it #my first harness for my first dog #felt like a milestone when Røst was finally big enough for a grown up harness #and me realising i wasn't a kid staring longingly at the dog gear in the pet shop anymore #(Then promptly turned into a gear hoarder but we won't talk about that)#the NS line harness is for sure a forever favourite for me #it sits so nicely on the dog #doesn't slide around #freedom of movement and it's the only harness aside from the Freemotion that Røst doesn't wheeze in when pulling #i've also put our old one through absolute hell the last four years #hiking ragged rocks. swimming in both fresh and salt water. wallowing in mud. sharp snow and biting cold #and it still looks as new #just about spotless #fingers crossed the new model is made as well as the old because this harness would outlive Røst by a decade

ＬｉｍｉｎａｌＳｐａｃｅｓ— Chapter 4

Summary: Inspired by The Dreamers, except make it 2010s and ｖａｐｏｒｗａｖｅ. Zagreus is a university student who feels aimless in life. His girlfriend dumped him, things between him & his best friend are weird, and he lacks ambition in his studies, all while the optimistic visions of his generation’s future are becoming lost. Until one day, he falls into the orbit of Achilles & Patroclus―a charming, yet eccentric pair who completely alter Zagreus’ outlook on life & death, love & loss, past & future, and the transitions in between. (Chapter 4 summary: Zagreus stays with Achilles & Patroclus and they establish (sexy) routines. Sex, philosophical discussions and offering advice on love & intimacy, job interviews, more sex, hanging out in a bathtub, homages of scenes from Hadesgame & The Dreamers galore… oh and Thetis makes a cameo!)

Excerpt:

Afterwards, Patroclus rests his head against a hand propped up by his elbow, facing Zagreus as he absentmindedly traces lazy shapes along his side. This is his usual manner in the post-coital afterglow, while their minds are still humming from the high, limbs heavy. His eyes are shut, as if half-dozing; there is a faint smile on his lips as his head nods to the lofi hip-hop drifting softly from his phone on the table behind them.

“Have you ever been in love before, Zagreus?”

His voice is a distant, dreamy purr.

Zagreus untangles himself from his own drowsy woolgathering; it takes him a while to comprehend the question.

“Why—you mean, like now? Or are you talking about before this?”

“Hmm,” Patroclus murmurs, and then doesn’t answer any further.

If anyone else had asked him this question, Zagreus might have said, Of course I have, I’m in love right now. But in this case, when it is coming from Patroclus, he isn’t so sure.

“You and Achilles are in love, right?”

“Naturally.”

“But you were never in love with anyone else before him, were you? So then, how do you know?”

Patroclus slowly opens his eyes. The dreaminess dissolves away, his expression turning serious as he considers.

#Doodles #UT #Papyrus #Sans #Cutest little lads #I had a good handful of stick figures of them from my 2015/2016 notebook and it really is a cute style #Y'know funny enough now that I think of it lol - Those doodles were also in December!#(I'm tagging these in December still lol hi from the past)#It's that Undertale time of year <3 Apparently I first found it Dec. 17th 2015 hehe #A little late to the party! But not terribly so ♪ And I had managed to avoid spoilers up to that point lol #I do still have some vague memories of watching it for the first time #I watched a Pacifist run first and cried - of course #And then watched a Genocide run soon after and cried even more #I remember being very confused as to what the Fight timing option even was the first time I saw it lol #Since in Pacifist you can go the entire time without even accidentally using it! You can ACT or ITEM instead #It's interesting to think back on such a huge shift in culture on the broadscale #And also a personal milestone :) Something that tipped the scales!#Something that even now I'm grateful for and think of fondly ♥#And it's all still fun to draw! What more could I ask for haha #I think with this super-simple style in particular I like making their designs complement each other #So Papyrus is all stick lines and Sans has thicker bones #Papyrus' eyes are upright and Sans' are laid flat haha #They both have circle heads to start tho! Papyrus just gets a rectangle grafted on for his jaw lol #They're easy to pose together like this too!#It's fun and silly ♪ Just how I like :D

I'm now at the point in life where people constantly question me about having kids. It's really bugging me, because we aren't even sure yet if it's something we want and we both got a late start in life. We only just started to bloom, in our (almost) early thirties.

I never quite understood why people struggle so much with this question, but now I do
